For my dear friends baby shower I spent an entire week making ice cream. Shannon, the mom to be, was a vegan until she got pregnant. She soon discovered ice cream and has since become obsessed, which makes me love her more than I already did. So at her request I made ever flavor in my arsenal. It was fun.
