Thanksgiving

Every year Sweety and I cook Thanksgiving dinner at our house for our family and friends.  We have had as many as 40 people in the past.  This year was really small, only 10 people, but that didn't stop us from going all out.  We cooked for 3 days and had a great time doing it.  Here are some of the highlights . . .
 Apple and bourbon pumpkin pies
 Sage and thyme braised carrots
 Duck fat, pancetta, bread stuffing
 Buttermilk biscuits
 Cider glazed heritage turkey
 Sweety ready to carve
I take gravy very seriously
