Meat

Once again Sweety and I had lunch at Peels with our favorite meat maker and all around great friend Jason.  This charcuterie plate doesn't come on the menu like this - he gave us a little taste of things he's been working on.  We are the luckiest people in the world!  If you haven't been to Peels on the Bowery check it out!
