Cecile Bruner Roses

When we moved into our house 6 years ago my Great Aunt Dellie gave us this Cecil Bruner climbing rose, after I told her I didn't want anything pink in my garden.  It has proven to be the most aggressive thing in my garden, killing everything around it.  Now I absolutely love the wall of pink roses.  My backyard smells like an old lady and I love it!

 My Pop turned 70.  I made 70 individual Boston Cream Pies.

Sweety & I got him a shanty box guitar hand made by the amazing Uncle Pauly.

 

And his band played while my Mom acted like a groupie.  It was a really fun night!
